Hank is 4. (almost 5)
Hank has type 1 diabetes.
Hank was diagnosed with diabetes at 18 months.
Hank will never be without a pump.
Hank’s Mom will always worry.
Hank will always have to check his blood sugar at 3am.
BUT….
Hank always finds a reason to smile.
Hank is bravely facing his disease.
Hank walks proudly to raise money for a cure.
Hank is my friend.
Hank is my HERO.
