After sharing Tonya’s maternity session I am happy to post her baby shower pics. Shannon and I jumped at the chance to host a shower for Tonya and designed everything around the idea of “She’s Ready to Pop”! Using the color pallet from her nursery we choose, hot pink, orange, lime green and teel. I love how well those colors go together! My sister even handmade soap popsicles that smelled divine! We tried to be creative and find anything that either resembled or had the word POP in it. We served brownie POPS, POPcorn, soda POP, tootsie POPS, and ring POPS. Even the cake, cookies, and cupcakes had bright circles to represent a bubble! We had a great time planning and hosting this shower for Tonya, she deserves to be spoiled in a big way. Congratulations Tonya we love you and can’t wait to meet baby Rickertsen!
Cassy seriously did a great job on these…look how adorable they turned out. I think they made a great party favor!
Shannon and Lisa provided the desserts. Check out their blog here.
The popcorn and soda pop bar.
I used colored paper to make popcorn cones with little charms that said, “It’s a Girl”
These straws were so easy to make. I printed paper flags and then added a sticker that looked like a bubble.
Tonya – the glowing mother-to-be!
Check out her loot!!!!
